Announcement of the Second Transaction for the Commercial Housing Rental Project of Building S13 in Bihu Yunxi Project Number: czsjcq202505-006 Chuzhou Public Resource Trading Center will be open from 10:00 on May 22, 2025 to 10:00 on May 23, 2025 (excluding delays, the official bidding time will be subject to the bidding system server time) on the electronic trading system of Chuzhou Public Resource Trading Platform (website: https://ggzy.chuzhou.gov.cn/TPBidder_CZ/memberLogin )We hereby announce the public bidding for this project as follows: Note: During the period from 10:00 am on May 22, 2025 to 10:00 am on May 23, 2025 (excluding delays), this bidding entrance is the only designated entrance! Participating in bidding through other bidding platforms is considered an invalid operation. The specific operating steps and procedures of the lessee are detailed in the attachment (Bidder Property Bidding System Operation Manual). 1、 Bidding subject: Section 1: Building S13, Bihu Yunxi, with a commercial area of 108.8 square meters. Section 2: Building S13-1604 Commercial Building, Bihu Yunxi, with an area of 102.05 square meters. Section 3: Building S13-1606 Commercial Building, Bihu Yunxi, with an area of 90.82 square meters. Section 4: Building S13-1608 Commercial Building, Bihu Yunxi, with an area of 90.82 square meters. Section 5: Building S13, Yunxi, Bihu - Commercial Building 1610, with an area of 90.82 square meters. Section 6: Building S13, Yunxi, Bihu - Commercial Building 1612, with an area of 106.41 square meters. Section 7: Building S13-1614 Commercial Building, Bihu Yunxi, with an area of 106.41 square meters. Section 8: Buildings S13 and 1616 of Bihu Yunxi Commercial Building, with an area of 108.99 square meters. The lessee shall conduct a site survey on their own, and the actual situation shall prevail. 2、 Disclosure of Major Matters: 1. There is no reserve price for this bidding, and only when one person bids and meets the transaction conditions can the transaction be made. 2. Chuzhou Gaochuang Industrial Development Co., Ltd. plans to rent out a property. The lessee shall not engage in any illegal business activities or violate the contract agreement. The planned layout of the leased shop is a multi-functional format that integrates shopping, catering, leisure, entertainment, and social activities. It is prohibited to introduce seafood and fresh food processing, as well as formats that are prone to generating large amounts of household waste, wastewater, and high oil smoke emissions. The winning bidder shall cooperate with the lessor to create a civilized city after leasing, and the decoration of the house shall comply with the relevant regulations of the lessor and the urban appearance department. If the winning bidder fails to operate and use the leased property in accordance with the above requirements, the lessor has the right to cancel its transaction qualification and treat it as a breach of contract, and will not refund the performance bond. 3. During the lease term, if it is necessary to terminate the lease contract in advance due to urban planning adjustments, urban public welfare construction, expropriation, renovation, or other reasons, the lessor has the right to unconditionally terminate the lease contract in advance and is not responsible for compensating the lessee for any losses caused as a result.
