Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division 2.1.1 Project Overview: Guoneng Ningxia Daba Power Generation Co., Ltd., Guoneng Ningxia Daba Phase III Power Generation Co., Ltd., and Guoneng Ningxia Daba Phase IV Power Generation Co., Ltd. are located in Qingtongxia City, Yinnan District, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, about 67km north of Yinchuan City, about 4km from Daba Railway Station, and about 17km northeast of Qingtongxia City. The factory is located close to the west side of the Baolan Railway, with convenient transportation. We need to entrust the unit to complete the production area, non production area, and pre plant area of approximately 119000 square meters for Guoneng Ningxia Daba Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the first and second phases of the dam); Guoneng Ningxia Daba Phase III Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Daba Phase III) covers an area of approximately 78000 square meters in the production area, non production area, and pre plant area; Guoneng Ningxia Daba Phase IV Power Generation Co., Ltd.
