Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: The main service scope includes: the railway dedicated line of Guoneng Puyang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. from the Puyang Station No.1 turnout to the power plant station, including a 1.8km shared line, a total of 5.336 kilometers of 6 tracks and safety lines in the power plant station. Daily maintenance, repair, and technical inspection of facilities and equipment related to railway dedicated line transportation and production, as well as communication and coordination with national railway related businesses. (1) Service period: Three years, with a planned duration from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2028. The contract is signed once a year, and the specific time shall be subject to the notice of the tenderer. (2) Contract Term Explanation: This project is a three-year service project. To ensure the quality of project services, the service contract between the tenderer and the winning bidder adopts a one-year signing model.
