The tenderer is Beijing Urban Sub center Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd., and the construction funds come from government investment, with a project investment ratio of 100%. Applicant Qualification Requirements 3.1 The applicant must be a legally registered legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China, possess a valid business license and be in a normal state of operation, and have the ability to undertake bidding projects; 3.2 The project leader to be assigned for this project shall have corresponding on-site management experience and professional technical capabilities; Not serving as a project leader in other ongoing construction projects; 3.3 Have at least one similar landscaping project performance in recent years; (The performance is based on the performance and other information entered by the Beijing Garden and Greening Construction Market Credit Information System.)
