Project Name: Anti corrosion of the Inner Wall of the Water Diversion Steel Pipe at the Wanjiazhai Hub Yellow River Diversion Water Intake 2. Main Content: Sampling non-destructive testing of the welds on the inner walls of the 1 # and 2 # water diversion steel pipes at the Yellow River Diversion Water Intake; The inner and outer walls of the steel pipe (including the expansion joint chamber) shall be sandblasted for rust removal and coated with anti-corrosion paint. Please refer to Attachment 1: Inquiry Document and Attachment 2: Technical Terms for details. 3. The construction period requires rolling implementation from 2025 to 2026. From August 1st to September 30th each year, the Shanxi Yellow River Diversion System will be organized and implemented during the suspension of water diversion, and the construction period shall not affect the normal production of the hub. 4. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 4.1 The contractor shall have independent corporate legal personality, possess a professional contracting qualification of first level or above for waterproofing, anti-corrosion and insulation engineering, and be within the validity period, and obtain relevant safety production licenses. Non destructive testing institutions should have a qualification certificate for inspection and testing institutions issued by the national supervision and management department. The testing products or categories, testing items or parameters, and testing scope authorized by the certificate should meet the safety testing requirements for pressure steel pipes. Please attach the relevant business license, qualifications, and personnel qualifications along with the quotation document. 4.2. Proof of performance in implementing similar projects in the past three years, based on the signed contract. 4.3 The bidder and its legal representative, as well as the proposed project manager, shall have no record of bribery crimes from 2022 to 2024. 4.4 The bidder is not a dishonest debtor (based on the results obtained through the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) or various credit information sharing platforms on the day of bid opening). 4.5 This project does not accept consortium bidding. 4.6 This project shall not be subcontracted, nor shall it be subcontracted. 5. The announcement period is from May 19, 2025 to May 22, 2025. 6. Submission of quotation documents 6.1 Quotation documents shall be submitted by mail.
