The project owner is China Xiong'an Group Digital City Technology Co., Ltd., and the construction funds come from the financial funds of the new district. The project funding ratio is 100%, and the funding has been implemented. The tenderer is China Xiong'an Group Digital City Technology Co., Ltd., and the bidding agency is China Far East International Tendering Co., Ltd. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview 2.1.1 Construction Location: Xiong'an New District, Hebei Province. 2.1.2 Project Scale: This project aims to enhance the emergency command and dispatch capabilities of Xiong'an New Area. The main construction contents include three basic platforms, five business application systems, and three comprehensive applications. Three basic platforms: integrated communication platform, application support platform, and data implementation service. Five business application systems: urban safety risk monitoring and early warning subsystem, supervision and management subsystem, command and rescue subsystem, decision support subsystem, intelligent fire alarm response and intelligent command subsystem. Three comprehensive applications: Xiong'an emergency mobile terminal, emergency portal, and emergency map. 2.1.3 The maximum bidding price for the project is 21.07808461 million yuan. 2.1.4 Service period: The construction period of this project is 12 months, from the date of contract signing to the final acceptance of the platform's functions and delivery for use. From the date of passing the final inspection, 2 years of free operation and maintenance will be provided. 2.2 Bidding Scope: The construction and implementation of the Xiong'an New Area Emergency Command and Dispatch Capability Enhancement Project, including but not limited to the development, installation, deployment, debugging, training, inspection, trial operation of the project platform, and providing 2 years of free operation and maintenance after the final acceptance of the project, as well as related after-sales services after the platform construction is completed.
