The deck oxygen and acetylene cylinder room is currently a DREW part, which needs to be inspected and updated (such as Regulator+Backfirevalve+highpressurehose+valve replacement) and other components. The existing domestic and UNITOR cylinders for marine steel cylinders are newly installed in the past year and need to be updated with new projects; 2. The gas outlet valve station in the cabin workshop, DREW original fixed valve station, has been over 5 years old and must be replaced as a whole (including but not limited to pipe fittings, pressure reducing valves, and gas arresters) with a complete set. 3. Conduct system pressure and tightness tests and provide a 5-year inspection report! The oxygen acetylene connection pipe on this ship is a DN15, OD22 copper pipe. Currently, Unitor and domestic bottles are used on board to save costs. We hope to equip conversion joints and hoses to meet the requirements of both international and domestic bottles (ensuring that the production date is the latest and intact). Preliminary opinion on the ship: Spare parts and materials required to meet annual inspection and usage requirements: Please refer to the attached detailed list of newly supplied domestically produced helmsman tags and the equipment list for this ship. 1.
