Qualifications and qualification requirements. 1. Bidders must have independent legal person qualifications and possess the qualification of municipal public works general contracting level three or above issued by the relevant competent department; 2. The proposed project manager must have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of municipal public works, and obtain the Safety Production Assessment Certificate B issued by the relevant provincial competent department; 3. When there is only one bidding unit responding to this project, the tenderer can directly determine it as the winning bidder.
