The following changes are hereby made to the relevant clauses of the bidding documents: 1. Supplementary clauses of the bidding documents: In the "Chapter 1 Bidding Announcement - Bidder Qualification Requirements - Other" of the bidding documents, a clause stating that "recycled materials are not allowed for water stable mixtures" will be added. This clause will serve as an important basis for responding to the bidding documents and fulfilling the contract. 2. Responsibility definition: If the winning bidder uses recycled materials during the project implementation process, all losses resulting from this, including but not limited to rework costs, owner fines, and compensation for project delays, shall be borne entirely by the winning bidder. At the same time, Party A has the right to pursue Party B's breach of contract liability in accordance with the contract, until the termination of the contract. Please be informed by all bidding units. This supplement must be included in the bidding documents. Failure to include it will be considered an invalid bid!!!!
