Announcement on the Listing and Transfer of State owned Land Use Rights by Lishui Branch of Nanjing Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, Ningli Chu [2025] No. 08. With the approval of Lishui District People's Government, Lishui Branch of Nanjing Planning and Natural Resources Bureau has decided to transfer the state-owned land use rights of one (1) plot of land through listing. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. Basic information and planning index requirements for the listed land parcels: parcel number, land location, land area (m2), land use planning index requirements, transfer period (year), guarantee deposit (RMB 10000), starting price (RMB 10000), price increase rules and range, plot ratio, building density, green space ratio, etc. Lishui 2025G20, Lishui District, Honglan Street, Shanggang Community, Provincial Road S341 East 1304.05, commercial plot ratio ≤ 1.20, building density ≤ 60% 5% ≤ green space ratio 40321605 (RMB 10000). 2. Bidding qualification: Legal persons and other organizations within and outside the People's Republic of China can participate in bidding, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. This batch of land parcels can only be bid independently. If the transferee needs to change the transferee entity to the project company, they should submit an application at the time of registration, specifying the composition of the new company's capital contribution, establishment time, and other contents in the application form. The transferor may first sign a "State owned Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with the winning bidder based on the bidding, auction, and listing results. After the winning bidder completes the registration procedures for the new company as agreed, the transferor may then sign a "State owned Land Use Right Transfer Contract Amendment Agreement" with the new company; It is also possible to directly sign the "State owned Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with the new company according to the agreement. 3、 The bidding party for the auction of state-owned land use rights will be determined based on the principle of the highest bidder. 4、 For detailed information and specific requirements of this listing and transfer, please refer to the listing and transfer documents. Applicants can obtain the listing and transfer documents from the "Online Trading System for Public Transfer of State owned Construction Land Use Rights in Lishui District" from May 20, 2025 to June 16, 2025. 5、 The state-owned construction land use rights will be sold online through the Lishui District State owned Construction Land Use Rights Online Trading System( http://58.213.128.148:801/ )(hereinafter referred to as the online trading system). Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria for registration can log in to the online trading system from June 9th, 2025 to June 16th, 2025 to submit their applications. The deadline for paying the bid security deposit is 16:00 on June 16, 2025. 6、 The location for the listing of state-owned land use rights this time is No. 17 Zhongshan West Road, Yongyang Street, Lishui District, Nanjing City.
