Project Overview: The project plans to construct 6 automatic anodizing lines, 2 semi-automatic anodizing lines, die-casting workshops, and machining workshops, as well as supporting facilities such as wastewater treatment stations and chemical warehouses. Annual production of 36 million mobile phone cases, 12 million tablet cases, 3.6 million computer and appliance heat sink cases, and 12 million smart wearable cases. Main environmental impacts and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts: 1. Construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 300m3/d to support the wastewater project. The production wastewater will be treated by self built wastewater treatment facilities to meet relevant standards before being reused for production; The collection and processing of non reusable items shall be entrusted to qualified units for disposal and shall not be discharged. Project domestic sewage, after pre-treatment in septic tanks, is discharged into the municipal sewage network and finally discharged into the Pingshan sewage treatment plant for advanced treatment and compliance before being discharged. 2. The die-casting waste gas from the waste gas project is discharged after being treated with water spray to meet the standard; The anodic oxidation waste gas is treated by an acid mist alkali spray device and discharged after meeting the standards; The machining dust is treated by a bag filter and discharged after meeting the standards; The sewage treatment plant reduces odor emissions by strengthening ventilation and regularly spraying deodorizers. 3. After taking basic vibration reduction and wall sound insulation measures, the noise at the factory boundary and sensitive points can meet the emission standards. 4. Solid waste and hazardous waste are classified and collected, temporarily stored in the hazardous waste storage room, and regularly handed over to qualified units for disposal; General industrial solid waste is handed over to resource recycling companies for recycling or professional units for processing, transportation, and disposal; After the collection of household waste, it will be cleared by the environmental sanitation department. 5. Groundwater and soil divide the factory area into key anti-seepage zones and general anti-seepage zones. The factory area adopts anti-seepage measures according to the requirements of zoning anti-seepage to prevent materials and wastewater from leaking into groundwater and causing pollution. 6. The main environmental risk substances of the environmental risk project are chemical raw and auxiliary materials such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and phosphoric acid, as well as hazardous waste generated. The main risk units are chemical warehouses and production
