Jianggai Road and Embankment Improvement Project-B9 Road Widening Project Bidding Announcement 1. Bidding Conditions: The Jianggai Road and Embankment Improvement Project-B9 Road Widening Project has been approved for construction by the Chongqing Development and Reform Commission with the approval of Yu Fa Gai Tou [2006] No. 956. The project owner is Chongqing Jiangbeizui Central Business District Investment Group Co., Ltd. The construction funds are self raised by the enterprise, and the project investment ratio is 100%. The bidder is Chongqing Jiangbeizui Central Business District Investment Group Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding for its construction. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Construction Location: Jiangbei City, Jiangbei District, Chongqing 2.2 Project Overview and Construction Scale: This project is located in Jiangbei City, Jiangbei District, starting from Juxianyan Square on Beibin Road in the west and ending at the intersection of Wenhua Street, Chongqing Grand Theatre in the east. The total length of the road is about 538 meters, classified as an urban secondary road, with four lanes in both directions, a width of 22 meters, and a designed traffic speed of 30Km/h. The K0+360~K0+406 section of this project passes under the current Qiansimen Bridge and Track Line 6. The intersection of B9 Road and Track Line 6 has a pile number of K0+384.327, with a road design elevation of 204.185m. The bottom elevation of Qiansimen Bridge is about 220.540m, and the vertical clearance is about 16.355m. The sidewalk edge of the road is adjacent to the pier of Qiansimen Bridge. During construction, a track safety protection plan should be prepared to strictly control the use of large construction equipment, and real-time monitoring of Qiansimen Bridge piers should be carried out to avoid any impact on Qiansimen Bridge and Track Line 6 caused by construction. 2.3 The estimated contract amount for this bidding project is approximately 25 million yuan. 2.4 The bidding scope mainly includes the demolition of the existing cement pavement, the handling of construction materials for the plot, partial filling of the roadbed, the road surface for vehicular traffic, the south side pedestrian pavement, some north side pedestrian pavement and ancillary facilities, traffic engineering, pipeline repair and relocation, slope support, and rail safety protection. The hazardous engineering involves the construction of deep foundation pit slopes and safety protection, etc. The specific content shall be subject to the construction drawing design documents and bidding bill of quantities of this project. 2.5 Construction period requirement: 270 calendar days. The planned start date is June 30, 2025 (subject to the actual commencement order), and the actual completion date is subject to the date of joint completion and acceptance of the project.
