Announcement of Inquiry and Procurement for Power and Electrical Operation and Maintenance Projects Dongfeng International Tendering Co., Ltd. has been commissioned by Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct the first inquiry and procurement for its "Power and Electrical Operation and Maintenance Project". 1. Procurement Project Introduction 1.1 Procurement Project Name: Power and Electrical Operation and Maintenance Project 1.2 Procurement Project Funding Source: Self raised by the Enterprise 1.3 Procurement Project Overview: Operation and Maintenance of 110kV Substation, Distribution Room, and Other Related Power and Electrical Equipment Managed by Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. 1.4 Number of successful suppliers: 1.4.1 ■√ 1 1.4.2 □/1 1.5 Others:/2. Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: 110kV substation, distribution room and other related power and electrical equipment operation and maintenance managed by the purchaser of Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. *2.2 Service period: (1) The business service period of Yunfeng Factory is from June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026, totaling 19 months; (2) The business service period of Huangjinkou Factory is from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026, totaling 12 months. 2.3 Service location: Designated location of Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. * 2.4 Payment method: Fees and other expenses shall be directly settled by Party A (Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.) and Party B (the transaction supplier). The specific settlement method is to sign an open-ended contract unit price and settle based on actual expenses. The first party shall pay the second party a service fee once every quarter. The first party shall inspect the work of the second party in accordance with the technical agreement requirements, and calculate the corresponding amount based on the inspection results to notify the second party to issue an equivalent value-added tax special invoice. After the first party confirms that the acceptance is correct and qualified, the first party shall settle the fees with the second party based on the actual amount incurred within thirty days after receiving the equivalent value-added tax special invoice issued by the second party. *3. Supplier Qualification Requirements 3.1 Suppliers shall be established in accordance with the law and meet the following requirements and conditions:( https://www.creditchina.gov.cn/ )Or the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System( https://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html )The query results shall prevail; (2) The supplier has a valid second level professional contracting qualification for power transmission and transformation engineering issued by the competent department of housing and urban-rural development (or a third level professional contracting qualification for power transmission and transformation engineering still within the validity period of the qualification certificate according to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on the Renewal and Continuation of Qualification Certificates for Construction Enterprises) or a valid third level, third level, and third level or above license qualification for power transmission and transformation engineering issued by the agency dispatched by the National Energy Administration (valid scanned copies of the certificate should be provided in the response document); 3.1.2 Performance Requirements: This procurement requires the supplier to have completed the performance evaluation within the past 5 years (from January 1, 2020 to the day of the project kickoff meeting)
