The bidding scope and scale mainly involve the renovation of 11 old residential areas, including Air China, with a maximum of 17 floors and a maximum building height of 51 meters (subject to actual measurement). The reconstruction contents include: (1) The reconstruction of the building body, including but not limited to: building door, access control system, corridor lighting, corridor repair, building "three lines", building fire-fighting facilities, building water supply facilities, building drainage facilities, roof waterproofing, septic tank, anti-theft net, external wall treatment, building outdoor structural components, public daylighting windows, aging facilities, awning, air-conditioning machine positions, facade decoration, etc. (2) The renovation of public areas in residential areas includes but is not limited to: fire exits, outdoor fire-fighting facilities, barrier free facilities, pedestrian safety facilities, residential roads, ground paving, garbage classification, drainage networks (non rain and sewage diversion), monitoring facilities, repairing walls, "three lines" rectification, rain and sewage diversion, lighting facilities, information signs, public drying facilities, residential greening, residential public spaces, residential entrances, landscape ornaments, children's entertainment facilities, non motorized vehicle parking spaces, motor vehicle parking spaces, charging piles, information bulletin boards, emergency facilities, smart communities, public service facilities, and the construction of sponge cities.
