The source of funds is state-owned or collective investment, which constitutes 100.00% of the bidding scope and scale. The land use nature of the resettlement residential land in this project is Class II residential land (R2), including two plots. The total land area of plot one is about 18080 square meters, and the total land area of plot two is 19905 square meters. The total planned construction area is 181444 square meters, including 125371 square meters for the capacity calculation part and 56073 square meters for the non capacity calculation part. The above ground buildings are mainly for the reconstruction of residential buildings and related supporting service facilities. The basement is planned to be equipped with motor vehicle parking spaces, non motor vehicle parking spaces, and civil air defense facilities. The project construction includes resettlement housing, roads within the community, green spaces, public service supporting facilities, etc. There are three supporting roads in the surrounding area of this project: ① the planned Zongshi Road (section from Zongjiu Road to Hengshi Road) located on the west side of the resettlement residential land, which is an urban branch road with a length of about 318 meters and a width of 15 meters; ② Located in the middle of the resettlement residential plot, the planned Hengxi Road (planned Zongshi Road to Zhanmao East Road section) is an urban branch road with a length of about 142 meters and a width of 15 meters. ③ Located on the north side of the resettlement residential plot, the planned Zongjiu Road (connecting the two main transportation arteries (Chuangzhan Avenue and Zhanmao East Road) and the resettlement area branch road, serving as the conversion service between the main road and the branch road) is an urban secondary road with a length of about 171 meters and a width of 30 meters.
