Cement: In the past five years, the bidder has a cement supply performance of no less than 300000 tons in the construction or expansion of first-class and above highway projects (with at least one performance of no less than 100000 tons). Asphalt: In the past five years, the bidder has supplied a total of no less than 20000 tons of road petroleum asphalt or modified asphalt in the construction, renovation, and expansion of first-class and above highway projects. Performance of modified asphalt processing plants: In the past five years, the cumulative amount of modified asphalt processed by modified asphalt processing plants bidding for new or expanded first-class and above highway projects shall not be less than 20000 tons.
