The scope and scale of the bidding will be improved through the renovation of the Xifu River drainage channel, the construction of embankment roads and drainage systems behind the embankment, the construction of drainage culverts and pumping stations, and the improvement of the drainage system in the area, significantly enhancing the regional flood control and drainage capacity. Embankment flood control standard is 100 year return period, levee level is Level 1, and waterlogging drainage standard is 30 year return period, 24-hour rainstorm is not disastrous. The main construction content is divided into three parts: embankment, pump station, and water gate: (1) embankment renovation: the starting point of the left bank renovation is the Shahefang Dam, the starting point of the right bank renovation is the outlet of the three enclosed drainage channel, and the endpoint of the renovation on both sides is Yangang Bridge. A total of 9.83 kilometers of Xifu River drainage channel will be renovated, 16.13 kilometers of embankment top road will be built, and the construction of the drainage system behind the embankment will be improved simultaneously; (2) Water gate section: Five new water gates will be built within the scope, including the Three Enclosed Water Gate, Sizhuang Water Gate, Shuimen Water Gate, Liantang Water Gate, and Yuehu Village Zhaobu Water Gate. One upper water gate will be renovated, and the gates of the existing Fenggang Low Discharge Canal Water Gate and Huangtang Water Gate will be replaced. Among them: ① Newly built Sizhuang sluice, which is a cross embankment culvert sluice with a net width of 6m and a design flow rate of 29.3m3/s; ② Reconstruct the Shuimen sluice as a cross embankment culvert sluice with a net width of 4m and a design flow rate of 11.4m3/s. ③ Build a new three enclosed sluice as a flood control sluice with a net width of 18m and a design flow rate of 140m3/s; ④ Rebuilding the Liantang water gate as a cross embankment culvert gate with a net width of 8m and a design flow rate of 61.5m3/s. ⑤ Rebuilding the Zhaobu water gate in Yuehu Village as a cross embankment culvert gate with a net width of 2m and a design flow rate of 6.1m3/s. (3) Pump station section: Four drainage pump stations will be built, including the Three Enclosures Pump Station (low discharge area), Sizhuang Pump Station, Shuimen Pump Station, and Yuehu Village Zhaobu Pump Station. Among them, ① a new three enclosure (low drainage area) pump station with a designed drainage flow rate of 9.0m3/s and an installed power of 750kW will be built; ② a new Sizhuang pump station with a designed drainage flow rate of 8.1m3/s and an installed power of 555kW will be built; ③ a new Shuimen pump station with a designed drainage flow rate of 2m3/s and an installed power of 150kW will be built; ④ a new Yuehu Village Zhaobu pump station with a designed drainage flow rate of 1.0m3/s and an installed power of 74kW will be built.
