This plan requires the construction of an archive management system, based on the "Evaluation Method for Digital Archive Room Construction" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Archives Bureau. Based on the existing group archive management system application and the cloud environment technology architecture system provided by the group data center, the archive management system will be transformed into a cloud based system according to the group's unified construction mode. The technical architecture of the archive system will be reconstructed to enhance its functions, and it will be built into a unified digital archive system for the group, covering the third level units of the group. This will achieve the maximum sharing of archive resources throughout the group, the most convenient use for all employees, and the maximum utilization of archive value, effectively solving the problems of large investment in redundant construction, difficulty in sharing archive resources, and large maintenance workload caused by the current decentralized deployment of archive management systems. The bidding content of this project is to build a digital archive system shared by the entire group, achieve efficient management and utilization of archives, standardize business processes, enhance security, and lay the application foundation for subsequent application of enterprise digital archive rooms by various units of the group.
