The renovation area is located on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 6th floors, with a building area of approximately 1300 square meters. Qualification: a) The bidder is an independent legal person or other organization legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with the right to independently enter into contracts. b) Must have a professional contracting qualification of Level 2 or above for building decoration and renovation engineering. c) Provide a valid safety production license. 2. Performance: From January 1, 2022 to the deadline for quotation (based on the time of contract signing), provide construction performance for at least one interior decoration project and provide relevant supporting materials (performance proof documents should include performance contract cover, contracting scope and content, contract seal page, etc., and performance proof materials must be uploaded when quoting). 3、 The acquisition of procurement documents will be published on the Shouzheng Electronic Tendering Platform of China Resources Group, and no paper procurement documents will be provided offline.
