The bidder shall provide one valid performance record of the hot rolling production line work rolls or support rolls signed with the steel enterprise from 2022 to present, and the performance must meet the requirement that the cumulative total number of work rolls or support rolls on the same production line is not less than 2 (based on the cumulative number of valid contracts and invoices), or provide a roll general contracting contract (with a total contract amount greater than 1 million yuan/year, one performance record for each rolling line, without cumulative duplication), based on the scanned copies of the original contract and corresponding invoices. The invoice date is valid before the announcement month. The contract invoice information must be clear, and the invoice code, invoice number, invoice date, and invoice amount (excluding tax) in the invoice cannot be obscured.
