Procurement conditions and methods: The project has been approved and has competitive negotiation conditions. We are now conducting domestic competitive negotiation procurement, with Baogang Group Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Industry Co., Ltd. as the purchaser. Project Overview: The rare earth steel ironmaking plant adopts a flue gas dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification system for the five fired 1 # 500 ㎡ sintering machine and the five fired 2 # 500 ㎡ sintering machine (with a designed annual production capacity of 5.15 million tons of sintered ore each), using high-efficiency electrostatic precipitators, limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process, and medium high temperature SCR denitrification process. The dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification systems were put into use in January 2022 and April 2021 respectively, and are currently operating well, with exports meeting the national ultra-low emission standards. To ensure the maximum effectiveness of the dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification systems for the flue gas of sintering machines 1 # and 2 #, stable and smooth production operations, careful maintenance of equipment, and continuous compliance with environmental indicators, professional technical services have been outsourced for the operation project of dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification for the flue gas of sintering machines 1 # and 2 #. b. Service requirement: Under the premise of a benchmark oxygen content of 16%, the inlet SO2 concentration of the sintering machine desulfurization system should be ≤ 6000mg/Nm3, and the outlet flue gas SO2 emission concentration should be<35mg/Nm3; When the inlet NOx concentration of the denitrification system is ≤ 350mg/Nm3, the outlet NOx emission concentration is < 50mg/Nm3; When the inlet dust concentration is ≤ 50mg/Nm3, the outlet dust emission concentration is < 10mg/Nm3; Synchronous operation rate of dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification device and sintering machine: 100%; The ash removal and unloading system does not generate secondary dust. c. Job responsibilities (including but not limited to): Scope of contracting: Dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification systems for Unit 1 and Unit 2 of the Five Burners; Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification equipment for Unit 5 (starting from the inlet baffle door of the main exhaust fan and passing through the desulfurization and denitrification processes to the chimney, including the inlet baffle door). Two sets of main electrostatic precipitators and their supporting equipment systems (with the inlet and outlet flanges of the dust collector box as the boundary, after the inlet flange (excluding expansion joints) and before the outlet flange). Including the main electrostatic precipitator body and the inlet and outlet smoke boxes. The specific scope of contracting is as follows: all equipment, public auxiliary equipment, facilities, and various medium pipelines, including underground pipelines, within the process scope of the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system for the first and second stage of the Five Burners Project. Medium pipeline nodes: the connection between the newly built pipeline and the original pipeline. The production water pipeline includes the underground pipeline from the main water supply pipeline of the power supply plant to the first valve of the production water branch pipe of the fifth flue gas desulfurization plant. Operation and accounting management, operation and maintenance, upkeep, overhaul, replacement, and prevention of various steel structures and special equipment
