Project Overview and Procurement Scope 2.1 Project Overview: The main scope of this procurement is the detailed design, supporting equipment, and on-site commissioning and guidance services for the Iraq Maginon Camp Photovoltaic Transformation Project. The photovoltaic system capacity of the project shall not be less than 87.8KW, and the construction area shall not exceed 600 square meters. All equipment must ensure safe and stable operation in frequent windy and dusty weather, as well as in environments with temperatures up to 55 degrees Celsius. The equipment provided by the contractor should include quality certificates, especially for measuring devices such as electricity meters, which require relevant proof of accurate measurement. This project does not require the contractor to transport goods overseas, but the contractor is required to transport all goods together in a state ready for international sea freight to any of the ports of Tianjin Port, Shanghai Port, Shenzhen Port, Qingdao Port, or Ningbo Port, and provide relevant equipment and certification documents required for international sea freight.
