The special plan for the utilization of recycled water and the dewatering and drainage plan for this project have been prepared in accordance with relevant regulations such as the "Regulations on Urban Sewage Treatment and Utilization of Recycled Water in Xi'an City", and have been approved by relevant government departments. 3.
