Bidding Conditions: The "North Luo River Fuxian Urban Section River Dredging Project" for this bidding project has been approved for construction by Fushuifa [2025] No. 14 document. The funding source is to strive for higher-level financial funds and local supporting facilities. Currently, the funds have been basically secured. The bidder is the Fuxian Water and Drought Disaster Prevention and Monitoring Center, and the bidding agency is Shaanxi Jinjia Project Management Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope: 2.1 This project is divided into one construction project and one supervision project. 2.2 Main construction content of the construction project: dredging the left and right banks of the river from Fubei Bridge to Fuxian Urban Management Bureau, with a total length of 1879.4m and a dredging volume of 361500 m3; 2.3 The main work content of the supervision project is: construction supervision during the construction period of the river dredging project in the urban area of Fuxian County, Beiluo River; 3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 Bidders must possess a third level (including third level) or higher qualification for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, a safety production license issued by the construction administrative department, and similar construction experience. Enterprise leaders, project managers, and full-time safety officers must have a safety production assessment certificate issued by the water administrative department. 3.2 The bidder for the supervision project must have a qualification of Grade B or above for water conservancy engineering construction supervision, and have similar experience in engineering construction supervision. The project director must have a registered supervising engineer certificate in water conservancy engineering and a senior professional technical title in engineering, and not hold any other ongoing construction projects. Note: Enterprises and individuals within or outside the province who are listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "China Execution Information Disclosure Network" website or credit sharing platforms at all levels are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities of this project 3.3 This bidding does not accept consortium bidding. 3.4 This bidding will implement post qualification review, and the specific requirements for qualification review are detailed in the bidding documents. The bidding documents of bidders who fail the post qualification review shall be treated as invalid. 4. Acquisition of Bidding Documents 4.1 Interested bidders are requested to download the bidding documents for free from the National Public Resource Trading Platform (Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province) electronic bidding system with a CA lock from April 15, 2025 to April 19, 2025. 5. Submission of Bidding Documents 5.1 The deadline for submission of bidding documents is 2:30 pm on May 7, 2025.
