The procurement subject provides physical examination services from large hospitals or examination institutions in Dongying area (including Guangrao County). 2、 Supplier Qualification Requirements (1) General Qualification Requirements: 1. Possess legal person qualifications and branch offices authorized by legal persons or with the ability to bear civil liability; 2. Having good reputation and sound financial accounting system; 3. Having the necessary equipment, professional technical capabilities, and qualifications to fulfill the contract; 4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; 5. There has been no significant record of illegal activities in the past three years of business operations. （2） Other requirements: 1. It is required to promise that the legal representative is the same person, or that different suppliers with controlling, management or other related relationships will not participate in this project at the same time (a written commitment letter must be provided); 2.
