Supplier qualification requirements 3.1 Suppliers should be established in accordance with the law and meet the following requirements: (1) If the response product belongs to medical devices, if the supplier is an agent, the supplier should have legal medical device operation qualifications; If the supplier is a manufacturer, they should have legal medical device production qualifications when using their own produced products in response. (2) If the response product belongs to medical devices, it should apply for a medical device registration certificate or filing in accordance with the requirements of the "Management Measures for Medical Device Registration and Filing". (3) If the response product belongs to the category of radiation or radiation equipment or materials, a copy of the supplier's radiation safety permit must be provided (except in cases where it is not applicable). If the response product belongs to a pressure vessel, the supplier needs to provide the special equipment manufacturing license (pressure vessel) of the response product manufacturer in accordance with the relevant management regulations of national special equipment manufacturing. (4) If the supplier is a sales oriented enterprise, they must obtain sales authorization for the product and provide authorization proof materials. 3.2 Suppliers shall not have any of the following situations: (1) The unit leader is the same person or different units with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the procurement activities of the same project subcontracted or not subcontracted for the same procurement project; (2) Suppliers listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) as dishonest persons subject to enforcement and parties involved in major tax violations are not allowed to participate in project procurement activities; (3) Those who have committed serious breaches of contract or been blacklisted by the General Technology Group's supplier management during the execution of procurement projects within the General Technology Group system are not allowed to participate in project procurement activities; (4) Other:/3.3 Consortium for this procurement (not accepted). 4.
