Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope and Bid Section (Package) Division: State Grid Hefeng Coal Power Co., Ltd. and Fengdian Power Plant are located in the south of the middle of Shajihai Mine Field, about 500m away from the southern boundary. The Shajihai Mine Field is located in the east longitude of 86 ° 27 ′ 54 ″ ～ 86 ° 43 ′ 46 ″, and the north latitude of 46 ° 34 ′ 23 ″ ～ 46 ° 41 ′ 27 ″. The plant site is located about 63km southeast of Hoboksar Mongol Autonomous County in Xinjiang, and about 50km northeast of Hetuoluogai Town.
