The bidding agency is National Energy Group International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now undergoing domestic qualification review and open bidding. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: Fugu Company is located in Miaogoumen Town, Fugu County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The shareholders are Guoyuan Electric Power Co., Ltd. of National Energy Group and Fugu Energy Development Co., Ltd. of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group (with a shareholding ratio of 70%: 30%), with a registered capital of 2.62 billion yuan. Fugu Company is one of the earliest large-scale state-owned enterprises in China to implement coal electricity integration. It is a key power project of the national "West East Power Transmission" North Channel and an important component of the Shaanxi Coal and Electricity Base. The Fugu Coal Electricity Integration Project, constructed and operated by the company, plans to build 2 × 600MW+2 × 660MW+2 × 1000MW coal-fired power units and supporting Sandaogou Coal Mine with an annual output of 9 million tons. Due to the lack of conditions for printing various types of record books, banners, promotional display boards, etc., the company needs to provide printing services for various types of record books, promotional typesetting, documents, banners, display boards, etc. Scope of bidding: Printing services for various record books, banners, promotional display boards, and other printed materials for Fugu Power Plant.
