Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope and Bid Section (Package) Division: State Grid Hefeng Coal Power Co., Ltd. and Fengdian Power Plant are located in the south of the middle of Shajihai Mine Field, about 500m away from the southern boundary. The Shajihai Mine Field is located in the east longitude of 86 ° 27 ′ 54 ″ ～ 86 ° 43 ′ 46 ″, and the north latitude of 46 ° 34 ′ 23 ″ ～ 46 ° 41 ′ 27 ″. The plant site is located about 63km southeast of Hoboksar Mongol Autonomous County in Xinjiang, and about 50km northeast of Hetuoluogai Town. The plant site is used as The administrative division of the coal power integration plant is under the jurisdiction of Hoboksar Mongol Autonomous County. The power plant construction has two 300MW generator units with a total installed capacity of 600MW. The bidding scope includes the domestic ETS, DEH, and DCS system integration upgrade and renovation project of Guoyuan Power and Fengdian Plant # 2 unit, which includes the localization renovation of internal equipment such as DEH and ETS system control cabinets, network cabinets, as well as operator stations, servers, and other software and hardware, covering supply, installation, logic programming, and commissioning. In terms of system installation, bidders need to pull the control cabinet cables back into the cable interlayer, reorganize and pull them back to ensure that the cables within 5 meters do not cross, the wiring is beautiful and firm, the number head is clear and accurate, and the number is outward. Each cable should be labeled with a cable tag indicating its purpose and other information. The cable holes in the control box should be sealed and coated with fireproof paint, and the bottom of the control cabinet should be painted or cleaned. The total project price includes all costs from design, construction, equipment transportation, waste disposal, commissioning to normal operation. Construction period: Within 30 days of contract signing, the equipment shall be delivered to Hefeng Power Plant, and the construction, installation, commissioning, and acceptance work shall be completed within 70 days.
