Project Name: Procurement of Exhibition Shelves for Pastry Room at Gate 3 of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. 2. Procurement content: pastry display racks, refrigerators, cash registers, etc. 2、 Qualification requirements for bidders: 1. Legal persons or other organizations registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, possessing independent legal personality, capable of independently assuming civil liability, holding a business license issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, and providing a three in one business license (business scope must include the business scope of the invested project) (copy stamped with official seal); 2. Bidders are required to provide relevant qualification certificates and licenses (provided by themselves according to the project content, with the qualifications provided within the validity period); 3. The bidder shall provide the following corporate credit information materials: a written statement stating that the bidder and its legal representative have no significant illegal records in their business activities during the two years prior to participating in this procurement activity (2023-2024); 4. Proof of identity of the bidder, signed and stamped with the official seal; 5. Authorization letter from legal representative, copy of agent's ID card, stamped with official seal. 6. This project shall not be subcontracted or subcontracted; 7. This negotiation does not accept any response from the consortium. 8. Due to the consultation announcement published on the hospital's official website in the early stage of this project stating that "in order to ensure fairness, impartiality, and continuity of procurement work, potential suppliers who meet the conditions must participate in the consultation meeting before being eligible to enter the hospital's procurement negotiations for this project."
