Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 Bidders shall possess Class A or above qualifications in the highway industry (highway) design, as well as Class A qualifications in geological hazard assessment and treatment engineering survey and design issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources, and have completed one or more similar engineering design achievements since 2020. The proposed project leader holds a senior technical title or registered professional qualification certificate related to highway engineering, and has not served as the project leader for any other projects.
