Qidong Xincheng Municipal Landscape Co., Ltd. is bidding for the procurement of anti-corrosion wooden flooring maintenance materials for the Hexi wooden boardwalk platform in the southern area of Touxinggang Park in accordance with the relevant regulations of Qidong Municipal Government procurement management (see attached table for details). 1、 Supplier qualification requirements: For suppliers participating in the quotation, they must have a valid business license. 2、 Quotation precautions: 1. The quotation includes but is not limited to various expenses incurred in procurement, such as taxes (VAT special invoices), material costs, material transportation costs, transportation insurance costs, loading and unloading fees, after-sales service fees, unforeseeable expenses, risk fees, and all other possible related expenses. Suppliers are requested to fully consider various factors when quoting. The material loss during transportation and loading and unloading shall be borne by the supplier. 2. The quantity of this purchase is provisional. If our company's final usage is less than the provisional quantity, the settlement price will be based on the actual usage. If the quantity needs to be increased due to on-site reasons, the settlement price shall be based on the actual usage. 3. The supplier shall provide materials that meet the requirements of the purchasing unit in terms of quantity and quality, and the quality requirements shall comply with relevant national specifications or standards. The dimensional deviation refers to GB/T153-1995, as shown in the following figure. If the external dimensions exceed the allowable deviation and can be used on site without affecting the functionality, the excess part will be converted into a settlement unit price in proportion during settlement. 3、 Written quotation document: The quotation document consists of two parts: qualification review certification materials and price bid, which are sealed separately. Qualification review materials: (Price tags cannot appear) (1) A valid copy of the business license (stamped with the official seal of the quoting unit); (2) Warranty Commitment Letter: Fill in the format of the provided warranty commitment letter (Attachment 1); (3) Certificate of Identity of Legal Representative (Attachment 3) and ID Card of Legal Representative; (4) Authorization Letter (not required for the participation of the legal representative in bidding) (Attachment 4); (5) Authorized person's ID card (not required for legal representatives participating in bidding). (6) The bidder shall provide a credit commitment letter (Attachment 5) (7) exempting the bidder from paying the bid security deposit. A copy of a similar tax invoice shall be provided, and the original copy shall be kept for reference (time and amount are not limited).
