Qualification Requirements for Applicants 3.1 * Qualification Requirements for Applicants: 1. The bidder must be a legal enterprise or institution registered and obtained a business license within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with independent legal personality and the ability to independently assume civil liability; 2. Qualification requirements: Construction labor qualification; 3. Have a valid safety production license; 4. According to the basic situation and relevant requirements of this project, at least one safety officer must be equipped on the construction site, who must hold a valid job certificate to work; 5. The bidder has a good track record of performance in the past three years (based on the commencement date, construction contracts, award notices, or completion reports can be provided). Other requirements: The applicant is a registered subcontractor of the Chemical Cloud Procurement Platform, and must be evaluated by China Chemical Second Construction Group Co., Ltd. as a qualified subcontractor before signing the contract. 3.2 The applicant shall not have any of the following situations: (1) being the same person as the unit leader of other applicants in this project.
