This project is now eligible for procurement, and Anhui Antian Lixin Engineering Management Co., Ltd. has been entrusted to organize a domestic public inquiry. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the inquiry. 2、 Project Overview and Procurement Scope 1. Project Location: Hefei City, Anhui Province. 2. The renovation and decoration of the interior covers an area of approximately 180 square meters, including a reception room of about 84 square meters, a promotional exhibition hall of about 76 square meters, and corridors and other spaces of about 20 square meters. The outdoor project involves hardening the existing roads and ground, and the construction decoration mainly includes door signs, roadblocks, parking lot barriers, and security monitoring. Supplier Qualification Requirements: The supplier must possess the following qualifications and have a valid business license (or public institution legal person certificate). Construction qualification: Level 3 or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects or Level 2 or above qualification for professional contracting of building decoration and renovation projects, with a valid safety production license. 2. Qualification requirements for project manager: (1) The supplier intends to appoint a project manager who must possess a second level or higher registered constructor (major: construction engineering) and hold a valid B-level certificate of safety production assessment qualification; (2) The proposed project manager is currently not employed on other projects or, although employed on other projects, is able to withdraw from the project after winning the bid (the supplier should provide a commitment letter stamped by the unit); (3) Provide a social security payment certificate issued by the supplier's social security institution for any three months within the six months prior to the proposed project manager's self response deadline. The social insurance payment unit of the project manager must be the supplier or a branch of the supplier that does not have independent legal personality. Note: The above social security payment certificate refers to any one of pension insurance, medical insurance, work-related injury insurance, and unemployment insurance. 3.
