The bidder is China General Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. 2、 Project Overview and Bidding Scope Project Industry: Energy and Power Project Scale: The procurement scale of this project is two million kilowatt level units. Bidding content and scope: This procurement includes a total of 10 units of TY project 130FSEC shellfish traps, as well as necessary spare parts, special tools, consumables, documents, packaging, transportation, on-site technical support services, training, and warehousing services. Basic qualifications: Bidders must be registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), have legal personality, and be within the validity period. The bidder must be a general taxpayer. The bidder shall obtain ISO9000 or its equivalent quality management system certification and be within its validity period. 2. Qualification requirements:&# xa0;     None. 3. Financial requirements:&# xa0;         The bidder's financial condition is good and shall not be in a situation where they are ordered to suspend operations, their assets are taken over or frozen. 4. Performance requirements:&# xa0;     The bidder must have at least one supply performance of shellfish traps, system backwash filters, valves, containers, and electromechanical integrated equipment in China. 5. Credit requirements:&# xa0;       Bidders should have a good business reputation: (1) Within the past 3 years (calculated from the deadline for submitting bidding documents), there should be no record of fraudulent or collusive bidding behavior or any record of being punished for suspected collusion in bidding activities (subject to the determination of the administrative department at or above the prefecture level city level). (2) Within the past 3 years (calculated from the deadline for submitting bidding documents), bidders should have no record of major or above safety accidents (accident classification shall be based on the standards stipulated in State Council Order No. 493). (3) Prior to the deadline for submitting bid documents, the bidder has not been disqualified or restricted from bidding by the tenderer or relevant regulatory authorities. 6.
