Procurement Budget: Estimated at around 4.25 million yuan per year (meal settlement amount is calculated based on breakfast and lunch meal standards and actual number of diners). 5. Service location: basement level of Block B and C of Changchun University Comprehensive Building. 6. Procurement requirement: During non statutory working days (normal meal supply during winter and summer vacations), provide breakfast and lunch catering support and services to all staff of the purchaser. The specific content includes food procurement and storage, labor services and employment insurance, meal processing and production, kitchenware equipment maintenance and facility repair, food sales system service and network maintenance, daily necessities procurement and storage, water and electricity fees, equipment maintenance and testing, monitoring equipment maintenance and repair, renaming and outsourcing of catering business licenses for future reference, food safety and management, hygiene and supervision, garbage and meal cleaning and disposal, regular oil cleaning in the canteen, advertising and other related work to improve the quality of canteen services. 7. Contract performance period: From July 7, 2025 to the end of the first half of the 2027 semester (based on the school calendar or the student's departure time). 8.
