National security enters campuses and youth protection is jointly undertaken. On the occasion of the 10th "4.15" National Security Education Day, on April 14th, the Gulou Community Security Association of the urban street, together with the Xijiao Police Station of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Second Middle School of the city, conducted a joint anti-terrorism and riot drill between the police, school and society to enhance the emergency response and prevention capabilities of teachers and students in the school, bringing everyone an immersive "anti-terrorism, riot and life safety lesson". Seeing this situation, the on duty teacher and the staff of the Gulou Community Security Committee on duty at the school gate quickly acted, blew their whistle to guide the evacuation of students into the school for emergency shelter, and called 110 to report the incident. The school security personnel held anti-terrorism and riot control equipment such as steel forks and shields to fight against the attackers, and finally subdued them. After the police of the Western Suburb Police Station arrived, they took the suspect away for further investigation, and the drill was a complete success. In the image attachment activity, the staff also explained relevant legal knowledge such as the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China and the Anti Terrorism Law of the People's Republic of China, and guided teachers and students to firmly establish the overall national security concept through real cases that have occurred in recent years, and to keep in mind and practice safeguarding national security. The public security police also summarized and commented on this event, fully affirming the rapid response ability of the community security committee and school teachers and students, as well as the implementation of emergency avoidance measures. They also demonstrated the correct use of commonly used defense equipment such as shields, steel forks, riot batons, and chili water on site, helping everyone to master the essentials of use correctly.
