Now we select the responding unit in the form of sealed quotation for the supply of this project. Your quotation is welcome. Relevant information is as follows: 1. Scope of the project 1. Content of the procurement project: see Annex 2 for details. Delivery address: Guangzhou Nanshazhu Circuit the Pearl River Power Plant Materials Warehouse 3. Mode of delivery: The supplier is responsible for transportation, loading and unloading, and bears transportation, loading and unloading, insurance fees and other transportation and insurance premiums 4. Mode of payment: The supplier shall pay 100% of the contract price of the delivered goods to the supplier within 60 days after the following conditions are met. A、 The contracting party has received goods B, the goods have passed the acceptance inspection, and the 13% value-added tax invoice of the total contract price has been received. 2. Qualification conditions: 1. The bidder must be an independent legal person or other organization registered within the People's Republic of China. The enterprise legal person shall hold a valid business license issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, as well as a valid organization code certificate and tax registration certificate (including national and local taxes) (if the bidder holds the "one license, one code" version of the business license issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, there is no need to submit the organization code certificate and tax registration certificate); Public institution legal persons should hold a certificate of public institution legal person. The same person in charge of the unit or different units with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the bidding of this bidding project at the same time, otherwise the relevant bids shall be invalid; 2. We do not accept consortium bidding. 3、 Project quotation principle: 1. If one of the following conditions is met, the bidder's quotation will be rejected: 1.1. If no quotation has been provided for all inquiry items, such as underreporting, omission, or zero single item quotation; 1.2. If the computer machine feature codes of different quotation responders are consistent (based on the search information in the evaluation system of Guangzhou Development Electronic Procurement Platform); 1.3. Failure to quote according to the requirements of the procurement project description (such as brand, model, specifications, material, supply period, etc.); 1.4. If the person responding to the quotation reports an incorrect price, sends a letter explaining the reason and voluntarily proposes to waive the quotation, and is verified and approved by the employer. 2. Participants in the quotation response should have a clear understanding of the material requirements before quoting. If the transaction unit unreasonably refuses to supply, it will be assessed according to the relevant system of the employer. Please indicate the brand (manufacturer) and delivery time in the remarks column of the quotation (if not indicated, it will be considered as a response requirement). 3. This procurement project is ranked from low to high based on the total quotation. The bidder with the lowest total quotation is the preferred bidder. If the lowest quotation is rejected due to the above situation, it will be postponed to the second place bidder, and so on.
