Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: 2.1.1 Project Overview: Shenhua Zhungeer Energy Co., Ltd. and China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd. Halwusu Open pit Coal Mine are located in Xuejiawan Town, Zhungeer Banner, Ordos City, at the border of Mongolia, Shanxi, and Shaanxi, adjacent to the Yellow River to the east and 120 kilometers north of Hohhot City, which is the most dynamic economic development area in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
