The bidding agency is National Energy Group International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now undergoing domestic qualification review and open bidding. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: 2.1.1 Project Overview: Guoneng Changyuan Enshi Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. is located in Enshi City, Hubei Province. Currently, it manages power stations in operation in eight major river basins including Qingjiang, Yujiang, and Tangya in eight counties and cities of Enshi Prefecture. According to the requirements of the national energy group's unified construction system, each power station and management unit of Enshi Company accesses the company's headquarters through leased data dedicated lines, and connects to the group's intranet through Enshi Company's headquarters, thereby providing a dedicated channel guarantee for the normal operation of the group's unified construction system and other businesses, and implementing unified control; At the same time, in order to meet the normal Internet access needs of employees during the rest period in the waiting building, it is necessary to rent the Internet special line of the waiting building. 2.1.2 Scope of bidding and division of bid sections (packages): the waiting rooms of 35 power stations, such as the centralized control center (bandwidth 500Mbps) and Gaoqiaoba Power Station, rent special Internet lines (bandwidth 50Mbps -100Mbps); Renting several dedicated data lines with a bandwidth of 50-200Mbps to access the headquarters of Enshi Company, as well as business lines and IoT cards required by the Public Security Bureau, Hydrological Bureau, and other departments. This project consists of one section. 2.1.3 Construction period and relevant required construction period: the lease period of Internet special line is three years from the date of signing the contract. Within one month after the contract is signed and takes effect, complete the network opening of the data dedicated line waiting building; Within 2 months after the contract is signed and takes effect, the physical dual routing access and debugging work of the data dedicated line will be completed, realizing the physical dual routing access of 27 power stations, including Gaoqiaoba Power Station, to the headquarters of Enshi Company. 2.2 Other:/3.
