According to the needs of business development, China Construction Bank Anhui Branch is now publicly soliciting candidate suppliers for employee physical examination services of Wuhu Branch in 2025. The relevant matters are announced as follows: 1. Procurement requirements. Please refer to the attachment for procurement requirements. 2、 The supplier solicitation period is from now until 5:00 pm on May 27, 2025. 3、 Qualification Requirements for Registration (1) Basic Qualification Requirements: 1. The supplier must have the ability to independently assume civil liability, comply with relevant national laws and regulations, have a good business reputation, and a sound financial accounting system.? 2. The supplier is currently not within the period of major administrative penalties such as restrictions on production and operation activities, orders to suspend production or business, orders to close down, or restrictions on employment.???? 3. The supplier is currently not on the "Credit China" website's blacklist for tax violations; Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the "China Execution Information Disclosure Network"; Not included in the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by the "China Government Procurement Network"; Not included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest activities by the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System website.? 4. If the legal representative (person in charge) is the same person or if there is a controlling or management relationship between different applicants, they shall not participate in this project at the same time. 5. There is no conflict of interest between the supplier and Construction Bank, no situation that damages the legitimate interests and reputation of Construction Bank, and no major integrity issues against Construction Bank. 6. During the qualification review, the supplier was not within the supplier ban or withdrawal period of China Construction Bank's headquarters nationwide or China Construction Bank Anhui Branch. 7. Suppliers shall not have any of the following situations during the procurement process of this project. If any of the following situations exist, China Construction Bank has the right to cancel their candidate qualifications. The circumstances include but are not limited to: (1) the legal representative (person in charge) is subject to criminal punishment in production and business activities; (2) Major mergers and acquisitions or restructuring that affect normal production and operation; (3) Other significant risk issues that affect normal procurement cooperation. 8. This project does not accept applications from consortia. 9. The services or service results provided by the supplier do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. If a third party claims that the services or service results provided by the supplier to China Construction Bank infringe its intellectual property rights, and has initiated (including threatening or likely to initiate) legal proceedings or intellectual property administrative enforcement proceedings (referred to as infringement proceedings) against China Construction Bank or the supplier in this regard, the supplier shall immediately notify the other party in writing upon becoming aware of the above matter, and China Construction Bank has the right to take corresponding measures.
