Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview and Bidding Scope: 2.1.1 Project Overview: The Menkeqing Mine is located in the central part of the Hujiert mining area in Ordos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and is administratively under the jurisdiction of Tuke Town, Wushen Banner. The transportation around the Menkeqing mine is convenient, with the Baotou Shenmu Railway, the newly built Xinbao Baotou Xi'an Railway, and the 210 National Highway and Baomao Expressway passing through in a north-south direction in the east. The mine is about 23km away from the 210 National Highway. The Xin'en Tao Railway passes through the western boundary of the mine, and there is a Da Niudi Station near the Menkeqing mine industrial site; There is Langa first-class highway in the north of the well field, there is A Xiao Class I highway in the south and west of the well field, and there is Dawu Line of local highway in the well field. Traveling north along National Highway 210 or Baomao Expressway for about 130km will lead to Dongsheng District in Ordos City, while traveling south for about 60km will lead to Yuyang District in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The climate characteristics belong to the arid temperate plateau continental desert climate, with strong solar radiation, abundant sunshine, less dry rain, strong winds and more sand, and a short frost free period. The Menkeqing Coal Mine Mine Water Deep Treatment Plant is located on the south side of the Menkeqing Industrial Park, with a construction scale of 1500m3/h, mainly used for treating Menkeqing Coal Mine water. The deep processing technology consists of three ultrafiltration and three-stage reverse osmosis processes. The process flow is ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis 1+high-density tank 1+ceramic ultrafiltration 1+reverse osmosis 2+high-density tank 2+ceramic ultrafiltration 2+reverse osmosis 3. The concentrated saltwater generated by the deep processing system is temporarily stored in the transfer pool in the industrial square. 2.1.2 Bidding Scope: The concentrated salt water temporarily stored in the transfer pool of Menkeqing Coal Mine Deep Water Treatment Plant shall be entrusted to qualified and capable bidders for lawful and compliant transportation to the bidder's disposal facilities for lawful and compliant disposal (meeting the requirements of environmental impact assessment approval). The total amount of concentrated salt water disposal is estimated to be 7000 tons, and the specific disposal amount shall be subject to the actual disposal amount confirmed by both parties on site. 2.2 Funding Implementation Status: Implemented. 2.3 Service period: The service period is 1 year, calculated from the date of contract signing. 2.4 Service Location: Inner Mongolia
