Tender Conditions: The Third Party Testing Project for Gaoyou Rural Non Traffic Maintenance and Dangerous Bridge Renovation Project has been approved for construction by Gaoyou Data Bureau under document No. [2025] 44. The project principal is Gaoyou Public Transport Development Center, and the construction funds come from the finance. The project investment ratio is 100%, and the tenderer is Gaoyou Public Transport Development Center. We are now conducting an open tender for the GYFLYWQGZ-JC section of the third-party testing project for the renovation of non transportation hazardous bridges in rural areas of Gaoyou City. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: The renovation project of rural non traffic maintenance dangerous bridges in Gaoyou City involves a total of 1260 non traffic maintenance Zhuangtai bridges and machine cultivated bridges within 13 townships (parks) in Gaoyou City, including 458 Zhuangtai dangerous bridges demolished and newly built (including 15 in the Economic Development Zone, 3 in the Chengnan New District (Cheluo Town), 1 in Gaoyou Town, 11 in Xiejia Town, 30 in Sanduo Town, 162 in Ganduo Town, 89 in Linze Town, 103 in Tangzhuang Town, 10 in Jieshou Town, 10 in Zhoushan Town, and 24 in Longqiu Town); Repair 331 bridges (including 14 in the Economic Development Zone, 8 in the High tech Zone (Songqiao Town), 6 in the Chengnan New Area (Cheluo Town), 3 in Gaoyou Town, 7 in Lingtang Hui Township, 9 in Xiejia Town, 25 in Sanduo Town, 94 in Ganduo Town, 76 in Linze Town, 34 in Tangzhuang Town, 21 in Jieshou Town, 4 in Zhoushan Town, and 30 in Longqiu Town); Directly demolish 471 bridges (including 7 in the Economic Development Zone, 2 in Chengnan New District (Cheluo Town), 1 in Gaoyou Town, 2 in Lingtang Hui Township, 2 in Xiejia Town, 64 in Sanduo Town, 176 in Ganduo Town, 78 in Linze Town, 68 in Tangzhuang Town, 6 in Jieshou Town, 27 in Zhoushan Town, and 38 in Longqiu Town). The construction and installation cost of the project is approximately 105.1644 million yuan. 2.2 This project has set up one bidding section, namely GYFLYWQGZ-JC section, which mainly includes sampling and testing of raw materials (including sampling), mixtures, strength, steel reinforcement protection layer, etc. for the main project and other related ancillary works of the rural non traffic maintenance dangerous bridge renovation project in Gaoyou City. The on-site quality inspection of the project entity and the final acceptance inspection will be conducted. 2.3 Testing Service Period: From the date of signing the contract to the completion and acceptance of the project. Expected to take 3 years. 2.4 Other instructions: During the implementation of the project, the testing contractor shall ensure that they can depart at any time every day for testing and inspection according to the work arrangement of the employer, and guarantee that the accompanying management personnel's transportation, travel expenses, and accommodation expenses are deemed to be included in the bidding quotation and will not be considered separately. Bidders should provide a bid price for the testing fee of this contract based on their own factors. 3.
