Chapter 1 Tender Announcement for Resin Regeneration Operation Mode Transformation of APG System in Ningde Nuclear Power Plant (Tender No.: CGN-202504300005) The tender project is located in Ningde City, Fujian Province. 1. Tender Conditions This project, the resin regeneration operation mode transformation of APG system in Ningde Nuclear Power Plant (Tender Project No.: CGN-202504300005), has been approved and the project funding source is self raised by the enterprise and has been implemented. The tenderer is Fujian Ningde Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. 2、 Project Overview and Bidding Scope 1. Project Scale: Based on the feedback from the current on-site situation, the resin of Ningde APG system needs to be partially optimized. Procurement of APG system resin regeneration operation mode renovation project for four units of Ningde Nuclear Power Plant Phase I, including detailed design, sorting of required spare parts for the project, and providing sample spare parts procurement specifications and related services. Please refer to the procurement technical specifications for details. 2. Bidding content and scope:?             Improve the technical feasibility and process feasibility of the APG system resin regeneration operation mode transformation for the four units of Ningde Nuclear Power Plant Phase I, and provide at least one transformation plan;?             Complete on-site reconnaissance and plan the layout of equipment (desalination bed and supporting facilities);?             Complete the detailed design, drawing, and related materials for the APG system resin regeneration operation mode transformation in accordance with the format required by Party A;?             Sort out the required spare parts for the project based on detailed design and drawing material list, and provide a sample of spare parts procurement specifications;?             Provide technical support and on-site cooperation during spare parts acceptance and project implementation phases. Planned service period: Party B shall complete the relevant work according to the following plan:?             (D0): Contract signing;?             D0+3 weeks: Complete on-site survey;?             D0+4 weeks: Submit project plan and organizational structure;?             Week D0+8: Complete the mid-term report and review of the project;?             D0+12 weeks: Submit the final results.   3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders: 1.
