The tender conditions are as follows: The design project of road maintenance in the front area and living area of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant in 2025 (Tender Project No.: CGN-202505190007) has been approved and the project funds are self raised by the enterprise and have been implemented. The tenderer is Liaoning Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. 2、 Project Overview and Bidding Scope Project Industry Classification: Energy Project Scale: Project Scale: Liaoning Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant Front Area and Living Area Road Maintenance Engineering Design Project is located in Hongyanhe Town, Wafangdian City, Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant. The roads involved in the maintenance and renovation of this project mainly include two parts: the road in front of the plant and the road in the employee living area, located inside the gate of the nuclear power plant and outside the UA gate. The road surface layer is made of asphalt concrete. The length of the road in front of the factory is about 8.5km, and it was put into use from 2007 to 2008. The road in the employee living area is about 5.4km, and it was put into use from 2008 to 2018. Bidding content and scope: 1. Bidding scope: Maintenance and renovation design work for roads and ancillary facilities in the factory front area and living area, mainly including but not limited to the following:?                 Road quality inspection work.?                 Rainwater pipe network survey work.?                 Maintenance and renovation design of roads and ancillary facilities. 2.
