Supplier Qualification Requirements 3.1 Qualification Requirements: 1. The supplier must be an independent legal entity or other organization registered in accordance with the law, and must provide valid supporting documents. 2. The supplier must be a manufacturer capable of fulfilling the requirements of the bidding content, producing air compressors or the products being tendered. 3.2 Financial Requirements: Suppliers must promise not to be in a state of being ordered to cease operations, having their assets taken over, frozen, or bankrupt. 3.3 Performance Requirements: From January 1, 2022 to the response deadline (based on the date of contract signing), bidders must provide at least one sales performance (excluding leasing and maintenance contracts) of air compressors or similar products they have invested in. The performance must be accompanied by scanned copies of the contract, and the performance materials must be clear and distinguishable.
