The scope of this bidding is: Yuanchen Technology New Factory Phase III Reinforcement Construction Project 2. Construction period requirement: Delivery and commissioning completed within 45 days after contract signing 3. For other outstanding matters, the bidding unit can contact the survey site. 3、 Supplier qualification requirements and conditions: 1. The supplier must have independent legal personality, a valid business license, and a valid safety production permit (Level 2 or above for general contracting of construction projects, Level 2 or above for specialized contracting of steel structures, and specialized contracting of special engineering (structural reinforcement)); 3. The bidding unit shall provide at least one completed equipment supply contract of the same type with a contract amount of 1 million yuan or more (including) after January 1, 2022 (with performance certification materials attached). 4. The supplier has not been listed on the official website of "Credit China"( https://www.creditchina.gov.cn )Include in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement; 4、 The materials that suppliers should provide when obtaining bidding documents are: 1. Copy of business license; 2. Legal representative and personal ID card; 3. Authorization letter from the bidding agent, social security certificate (for all participating bidders). 4. Copy of enterprise qualification certificate and safety permit. 5. Construction organization plan and scheme (not exceeding 20 pages). 6. List of proposed project management personnel, professional qualifications, job titles, social security certificates, educational background and other supporting documents.
