Bidding conditions: The purchaser of this bidding project (Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base Expansion Zone (Daishan Economic Development Zone Block) Industrial Supporting Project - Daixi Intelligent Water System Construction Project Phase I Procurement) is Zhejiang Daishan Kaitou Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The bidding project funds are self raised, with a contribution ratio of 100%. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding for the first phase procurement of the intelligent water system construction project in the Daixi area of the Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base Expansion Zone (Daishan Economic Development Zone block) industrial supporting project. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Name: Industrial Supporting Project of Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base Expansion Zone (Daishan Economic Development Zone Block) - Phase I Procurement of Intelligent Water System Construction Project in Daixi Area. 2.2 Delivery location: Daishan Economic Development Zone, designated by the purchaser at various locations. 2.3 Construction Scale: Construction of monitoring and control facilities for the water volume at the discharge outlets of relevant industrial enterprises within the jurisdiction of Daishan New Material Wastewater Treatment Plant (see the drawings for the overview of each enterprise and the renovation plan of the discharge outlets). The main content is to increase the flow meters and valves/gates at the discharge outlets, and some enterprises will add sewage discharge water quality monitoring stations. Please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings for specific details. 2.4 Maximum bidding price (including tax): 7859238 yuan; The maximum bidding price (excluding tax) is 7055227 yuan. 2.5 Construction period: The first stage is the construction period. The winning bidder shall complete the procurement, integration, commissioning, and installation of the goods and supporting engineering for the entire project within 90 calendar days after the contract is signed. The second stage is the trial operation period: the purchaser accepts the overall project as qualified and puts it into trial operation for 3 months. 2.6 Bidding Scope: The manufacturing, supply, packaging, warehousing, transportation, lifting, unpacking, handling, installation, commissioning, acceptance, handover after acceptance, technical services, warranty period services, trial operation services, and other related services for all goods and other supporting work within the scope of the construction drawings of this project.
