The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding for window procurement. 2、 Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: (1) Project Name: Procurement and Installation of Windows for the First Plot of Xigangtou Urban Village Renovation (Provisional Estimate). (2) Construction address: The first plot of Xigangtou Chengzhong Village renovation is located north of Zhengang Road, east of Beidu Street, west of Longgang Community, and south of Xigangtou Road in Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. (3) Delivery location: North of Zhengang Road, east of Beidu Street, west of Longgang Community, south of Xigangtou Road, Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, at the first site of Xigangtou Urban Village Renovation (designated by the user's construction site). (4) Construction scale: The total construction area of the first plot project for the renovation of Xigangtou Chengzhong Village is 123685.12 square meters, with an underground area of 42394.3 square meters. (5) Delivery and installation schedule: After the contract is signed, the window frame installation shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the notice from the tenderer; The installation of glass, opening fan and gauze fan shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the notice from the tenderer. Service period: From the date of contract signing to the end of the warranty period specified in the contract.
