The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding for its construction. 2、 Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: 2.1.1 Construction Location: Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. 2.1.2 Construction Scale: The project is located in Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang City. It starts at the intersection of Gaojia Line and Century Avenue, with a starting point at K2+300, and is constructed in a southeast direction. It passes through Wujie Village, Nijiazhuang Village, Xibailu Village, Liuhaizhuang Village, and Zhangmingfu Village to the south, and ends at the intersection with the existing Hengjing Line (S392) at K17+600. The total length of the route is 15.3 kilometers. The total length of the reconstructed road is 15.3 kilometers, with a second-class highway level and a design speed of 60 kilometers per hour. The roadbed width is 12 meters, the pavement width is 9 meters, and some sections have a roadbed width of 8 meters and a pavement width of 7 meters, all of which are asphalt concrete pavements. There are 4 intersections with the grade road. The construction content includes roadbed and pavement engineering, intersection engineering, safety facilities, etc. 2.2 Bidding Scope: 2.2.1 Bidding Scope and Section Division: All related work in the construction preparation stage, construction stage, completion (handover) acceptance stage, and defect liability period stage of this project (specific project content can be found in the bill of quantities and drawings). This project is divided into one section. 2.2.2 Planned construction period: The planned start date is June 2025.
